West Henly Boil Shack is a unique Texas Hill Country restaurant and beer joint situated approximately 11 miles west of Dripping Springs, 3 miles west of Henly and 12 miles east of Johnson City. 


We specialize in authentic seasonal Louisiana-boiled Crawfish, Boiled Shrimp, Snow Crab, Etouffee, Boudin, Sausage, Burgers, Sandwiches, Chicken Wings, Fried Shrimp and great sides. We also serve locally-brewed beers on tap, traditional suds and wine.
